VI. You have never defaulted on a payment or attempted to evade a betting obligation.

Gambling By Those Underage

This suspension is necessary to prevent further bets or withdrawals from your account while we conduct a thorough investigation. If our investigation concludes that:

  • You are currently under 18 years old;
  • You were under 18 years or below the legal age of majority at the time the bets were placed;
  • You have been placing bets on behalf of or under the instruction of someone under 18 years or below the legal age of majority:

then the following consequences will apply:

  1. Any winnings that are currently in your account or that are pending to be credited will be retained by us and will not be released.
  2. Any winnings that you obtained from betting while underage must be returned to us immediately upon our request. If you fail to return these winnings, we will take legal action to recover the amounts, including all related recovery costs.
  3. Any funds that were deposited into your Satbet App account, which are not winnings, will be refunded to you.

It is important to note that any disputes regarding wagers must be reported within three (3) days from the date the wager in question was settled.
